Remove a custom image
In RetroBounce Settings, choose Clear under the selected image. This deletes the private copy used by the app. Your original photo or file remains in its original location.
Remove all local app data
Use Android Settings → Apps → RetroBounce → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall RetroBounce. Menu names vary by device. This removes app settings and its image copies. Android permissions and any older device backups are managed separately in system settings.
Support correspondence
There is no RetroBounce account or server-side image database to delete. If you previously emailed us, contact support@vei.solutions from the same address to request deletion of that correspondence. Do not send your device image library or credentials.
