You can request deletion of your anonymous identity and associated data. You do not need to have the app installed to contact us.
You can also email vanguard3dge@gmail.com directly with the subject “Momenvo — data deletion request”.
What to include
-
Tell us whether you want to delete a specific route or all data associated with your Momenvo installation.
-
If you still have the app's support identifier, include it. If you do not have it or have already uninstalled the app, send your request anyway: we will help check whether your data can be identified.
-
Do not send passwords, tokens, identity documents or private locations. The email address you use to contact us is not automatically linked to your anonymous identity.
What happens next
We will reply to verify ownership proportionately and confirm the scope and handling of your request. If an anonymous identity has been lost, it may not be possible to link a request to an installation. We will not delete another person's data based on matching names or addresses.
Complete deletion covers the anonymous identity, saved routes and schedules, associated device identifiers, and monitoring and notification status in our systems. We will stop monitoring those routes. We will also arrange deletion of the corresponding data in Firebase.
Backups and technical logs rotate within the limits described in the privacy policy. We will inform you of any retention required for legal or security reasons and its duration. Deletion is not instant: requests are handled manually, without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadlines.
Only want to delete one route?
In the app, open the routes tab and use that route's delete option. This stops its monitoring and starts its server cleanup process. You can turn off notifications or pause a route without deleting it.
Uninstalling the app or clearing its Android data removes the local copy, but does not guarantee deletion from the server and may cause you to lose access to your anonymous identity. If you still have the app, first keep a copy of your support identifier.
